Terms and Conditions

 

1. Promotion Period

This “Extraordinary Experiences Everyday with Oaks”* Promotion commences at 17:01pm AEST on 8 June 2023 and automatically concludes at 11:59pm AEST 13 July 2023 (Promotion Period). Promotion Period extended from 22 June 2023 to 13 July 2023.

This Offer is applicable for stays between the periods of and including 8 June 2023 and 31 October. Stay period was extended from 31 August 2023 to 31 October 2023, updated terms on 29 June 2023. All Stays must be booked during the Promotion Period through our website at https://www.oakshotels.com/en.

 

2. Promotion Offer

This “Extraordinary Experiences Everyday with Oaks” Promotion Offer includes the following offers: 

(a) a 20% discount off the Best Available Rate to be used at Participating properties and selected room types as listed below; 

(b) an additional discount of 10% for all existing, and new, Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us subject to clause 3 below; and

(c) a promo code to receive a $50 discount on Experience Oz bookings for experience bookings of a minimum value of $200  for all existing, and new, Oaks DISCOVERY loyalty members when booking directly with us subject to clause 4 below (Campaign Offer).

(d) a minimum stay of two (2) nights will apply for this Promotion. 

 

3. Booking Direct and Loyalty Programme

An additional discount of 10% will also apply to the Campaign Rates when:

(a) you book your stay during the Promotion Period directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites by:

  (i) calling us on +61 7 2100 0577; or

  (j) making an online reservation via www.oakshotels.com

(b) are an existing, or during the Promotion Period become a member of our Oaks Discovery loyalty programme.

This additional discount of 10% is exclusive to bookings made directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites and is not applicable to bookings made via external booking parties including (but not limited to) Online Travel Agents and any third-party online booking website(s).

 

4. Experience Oz Promo Code

When you book your accommodation directly with Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites, you will receive a booking confirmation email with a promo code and a link to the web page https://oaksexperiences.experienceoz.com.au/en. A $50 discount will be applied when you enter the unique promo code at checkout. A minimum spend of $200 applies to be eligible to redeem this $50 discount.

 

5. General Promotion Terms

Payment is to be made on arrival and a 24-Hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings included in this Promotion Offer. If you wish to cancel a booking, it must be done up to 24-Hours prior to check-in by phoning Oaks Hotels, Resorts & Suites directly on +61 7 2100 0577 unless there is an emergency or unavoidable circumstance (Event*). Otherwise, if you cancel your booking for any reason with less than 24-Hours’ notice you will be charged in full for the entire booking.

This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts or packages and is non-exchangeable, transferrable, or redeemable for cash.

*Event – An Event includes but is not limited to Acts of God, fires, floods, severe storms, explosions, riots, wars, vandalism, accident, restraint of government, governmental acts, injunctions, labour strikes etc. that occur after booking and prohibit completion of the booking.
